All the items you have painted today have been hand poured / hand made on the wheel and hand finished.  They have also been fired once to get to the bisque stage where they have now been painted by you!

From here they will be glazed and undergo a final firing, ready to be collected in about 2-3 weeks. 

Whilst every care is taken with your item, pottery can be unpredictable.  Most flaws only show up in the final firing (glaze firing) Should there be flaws in your finished item such as a small crack or warping etc this will not entitle you to a refund.  

Should your item be significantly unusable, ie cracked in half, you will receive a replacement item along with your original item.

When items are ready to be picked up you will be required to book a time that suits.
